What ErrorCharge is

ErrorCharge reads a DoorDash or Uber Eats payout CSV and shows you the error charges on it, categorised, with draft dispute text you can use. It is an auditor and an explainer. It is not a recovery service: we never log into your merchant account, never file a dispute on your behalf, and never contact either platform for you. You review the draft and submit it yourself inside your own merchant portal.

ErrorCharge is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Contact: hello@errorcharge.com.

No affiliation with DoorDash or Uber Eats

We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DoorDash, Inc. or Uber Technologies, Inc. "DoorDash" and "Uber Eats" are trademarks of their respective owners.

No outcome promise

We do not promise that any charge will be reversed. Whether a dispute succeeds is decided by DoorDash or Uber Eats under their own policies, inside their own deadlines. Our classification of a charge as disputable is our reading of those published policies, not a ruling, and the dispute windows are theirs to enforce. Check the numbers against your own statement before you rely on them.

Plans and billing

The scanner is free and the free tier stays free: a full itemised error-charge table, the category breakdown, one saved month, and one dispute-draft preview per scan. Pro is $29 per month, billed through Stripe, and adds dispute text for every charge, unlimited saved months with trends, and Uber Eats statement scanning.

Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until then. If you were billed for a month you never used, or something went wrong on our side, email hello@errorcharge.com and we will sort it out fairly.

Your data and your responsibility

Your statements stay yours. The CSV is parsed in your browser and never uploaded (see our privacy page), and the dispute drafts are yours to edit and send. You are responsible for what you submit to a platform, including checking that it is accurate before you send it.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, resell the output as a service of your own without adding your own work, or try to work around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability and changes

The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; material changes appear on this page with a new date, and continuing to use ErrorCharge after a change means you accept it.
